SPRHRA currently ships to all 50 states and Canada. If you are outside of the US and Canada, send us an email at hey@sprhra.com and we will figure out a way to get SPRHRA to you.

We are working to bring SPRHRA to as many SPRHRAs as we can around the world. Tag us @SPRHRA to let us know where you live!

We can help! In a few cases, the carrier takes 2-3 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hey@sprhra.com. We can connect with you on the backend details.

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hey@sprhra.com as soon as possible, and we will help you out! Our top priority is to get you your SPRHRA as swiftly as possible.

Our SPRHRA Commitment: if something doesn’t fit or feel right, you can exchange it, return it for a refund, or return it for store credit within (postmarked or tracking) 30 days of receiving your order.

The products must arrive back in original condition, free of damage, with the tags still on the garment. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any items that do not meet the above requirements. Prior authorization is required for all returns.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Original shipping, insurance, and duties costs (if any) cannot be refunded, and if you are returning part of a set or applied any quantity discount codes to your order, your return will be adjusted accordingly.

To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day timeframe, please reach out to hey@sprhra.com. Your Name, Order #, and Reason for Return must be provided to place a return. For USA orders, we will email you a return label.

For international orders, we will email you a return label, and a return fee (based on the location you are returning your SPRHRA product from) will be deducted from your return to cover the return shipping cost.

Please note, gift cards are final sale and do not expire.

For exchanges, we will email you a prepaid return label and issue store credit for the full amount (the return fee will be waived) which you can use to place your new order.

We use two fabrics to create the Jump Wrap Spandex. Both are made from 100% Recycled Materials.

77% Nylon and 23% Spandex

80% Migan Regen Nylon and 20% Spandex

We use two fabrics to create the Wavy Stretchy Short. Both are made from 100% Recycled Materials.

87% Nylon and 13% Spandex

76% Polyester and 24% Spandex

We recruit multiple female athletes for each size we produce our product in, and then we tell them to "go play." These female athletes spend multiple days and multiple washes playing sports in, training in, and living their lives in SPRHRA shorts.

This all goes back to our mission and how we define a Superhera. We look for women who are committed to personal growth, work to become uniquely themselves, and  elevate those around them. We get to know each SPRHRA athlete on a personal level before establishing a relationship with them to ensure the partnership aligns with both our companies at the individual athletes' mission.

The mailer is made with 100% recycled content, 50% pre-consumer content and 50% post-consumer content, with a reusable tear strip and recyclable in thin film bins. All of the paper materials you receive from SPRHRA are also 100% recycled, apart from the stickers and the hang tags.  

We are constantly re-assessing ways to make our packaging as Earth-positive as possible. It is our goal to make all of our packaging materials 100% recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable by the end of 2023

Yes, we do! All of the fabric we use for our garments is currently 100% Recycled Fabric. We will let you know if this ever changes. Our goal is to maintain our current sustainability efforts and work with our partners to become increasingly eco-friendly, without compromising the quality of the products you receive.

Our Gift Cards never expire! Please note, Gift Cards are Final Sale, whether they are purchased for you or for someone else... which means you or your fellow SPRHRA are 100% getting SPRHRA, booyah.

We get it — this happens and sometimes things accidentally get lost! Email us at hey@sprhra.com with the name of who purchased the Gift Card and the date the Gift Card was purchased, so we can help you look up the Gift Card number.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
